Q: How do I become a Reach Global designated trainer?


A: Please contact our Account Manager on 852 8102 1610 or email us at enquiry@reachglobal.com.hk for details.




Q: How do I upload training content to Reach Global?


A: We will provide you with a trainer account for uploading of content after completing the approval process. (Internal: Disclaimer for what can and cannot be uploaded??)




Q: Is there a translation service for my training content?


A: For authenticity, the trainer is required to provide Reach Global the content in English, Simplified Chinese (for China) or Traditional Chinese (for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore).




Q: How do I confirm my training details have been uploaded?


A: This can be checked in the account log-in provided to the signed up trainers.




Q: How much does it cost to post my training workshops on Reach Global?


A: This is free after approval. We would suggest choosing a plan for online classrooms for potential clients.




Q: How much does it cost to use the virtual classroom function?


A: See our PRICING page (include link)




Q: Can trainers post training course details on Reach Global's website?


A: Trainers are welcome to submit training course details, trainer(s)' profiles and other related information to Reach Global. Our staff will let you know if it meets our requirements.




Q: If I decide to discontinue my payment plan before it expires, do I receive the balance back?


A: At this time we do not offer refunds.




Q: Will the submitted content be shared with third parties?


A: It will not be shared with third parties without prior consent from the trainer (See Trainer's agreement)




Q: How do I get support from Reach Global?


A: Please contact our Account Manager on 852 8102 1610 from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm (HK standard time).




Q: Does Reach Global offer a free account for trainers?


At this stage we do not offer free accounts.





Clients

Q: Are there trial classes?


A: At this time we do not offer trial classes.




Q: What is the minimum number of students for customized classes?


A: It varies from clients in different countries. In some courses, the trainer would specify a minimum number of participants for each class.




Q: I am interested in a training course on your website. However it is not available in the language for my staff. Can you provide another trainer for our company?


A: We do not guarantee the language selection, and it is best to contact our Account Manager for more details.




Q: Can I still enroll additional students for classes after the deadline?


A: Reach Global will inform the expert trainer the number of students per class once it is confirmed. Unique log-ins will be sent to the students. We encourage clients to stick with the confirmed number to avoid confusion.




Q: Do I get additional discounts for multiple workshops on the same topic?

Q: What are the payment options for customized training workshops?


A: Credit Card and PayPal.




Q: Is there a designated contact number/ contact staff from Reach Global?


A: Yes, a designated Project Manager will assigned to you and he/she is available from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm (HK standard time)
